A March “Hello” to all of you! Can you believe that
another year is almost over for us and another
accounting of our accomplishments is at hand.
Annual reports hit some of us, almost like Income Tax
Day and believe it or not it's the same day. April 15th.
March is going to be busy especially when we have the
threat of spring flooding again when the best laid plans
of mice and men may all have to be changed.
We’re anticipating our “Spring Fling” to be on Sat.
March 27 (hopefully!) Please be aware, as we need the
help of all of you to make this a success. Hope to see
more of you at our Wed. March 17th meeting. By then we
may be more aware of circumstances that may cause a
change in plans. The thaw must come (we hope slowly) but
the threat is always there when the water levels start
creeping up to our back doors.
The Memorial Service for those who passed away this last
year. Post and Auxiliary members was held on Sunday, Feb
21st. It was a beautiful meaningful service and we were
so thankful for the response of our members families and
fellow Post & Unit members.
